Overall Satisfaction with LambdaTest

Using LambdaTest to ensure our website and native app work with multiple devices as well as running our appium automation for the app on actual devices remotely. We had a trial for web automation (which we decided not to go ahead with at the moment) and also smart UI for more continuous testing on a storybook project.

Pros

  • UI is very nice
  • Customer support is very good when needed

  • Some documentation can be confusing
  • Some documentation is also out of date

It is very nice to use, but the documentation being improved would be the main aspect where points were lost.
It was a choice out of my hands as based upon budget, but overall the products are very similar, I understand that LambdaTest offers a cheaper option providing the same functionality

The web automation aspects did not work for us currently with our testcafe project however we are looking forward to another trial when we are fully migrated with playwright.
The day to day usability and ability to use a lot of different devices is very appreciated & needed as a QA, it does this well.
