Overall Satisfaction with Lattice
We initially launched Lattice to handle our employee engagement platform. It was used for about 2 years and was to be our primary platform for employee one on ones. Although I personally found it easy to use, overall, the product was not received well by the workforce and was not used to its potential. Lattice offered an easy way to stay engaged with employees but ultimately was not adopted to its full potential.
- One on one management.
- Goal setting and tracking from top to Bottom.
- Rewarding employees for meeting targets with incentives.
- Bonusly integration.
- The goal settings across functional teams is difficult to follow.
