Overall Satisfaction with Lattice

We have been using Lattice for performance management for all employees across 5 entities for the past 3 years. We also use it for regular feedback.

  • Lattice has had a positive impact on ROI because there are multiple modules that we use for multiple aspects of performance management.
Lattice was the only platform we did a deep dive into. It was exactly what we were looking for and the reason we went with them is because of the public feedback module they have built-in as that was a really important aspect for us.

Lattice is a great tool for organizations that want to have all performance management in one place. We have been using the performance review module from the start, as well as feedback. We let managers decide if they want to use the 1:1 and Updates modules but we do encourage it as it provides a better experience for employees and managers when they track all of these activities in Lattice. We recently implemented Goals for my team but we have not rolled that out to all teams, however, I think that is a great way to help keep employees on track with their goals throughout the year which is beneficial for many reasons for companies. It may not be a good tool for companies that are super small and you don't have a need for something so robust.
