Overall Satisfaction with Lattice
We use Lattice for the following:
1. Performance reviews.
2. Praise & Feedback.
3. Pulse Surveys.
4. Setting goals.
5. Development Plan discussions.
6. Some people use it to plan 1:1 meetings and set agendas.
There is also a place to see company anniversaries and values. An org chart exists but it doesn't seem very user-friendly.

Pros
- Performance Reviews - I like that you can write a review and see feedback in an adjacent pane to help it move along.
- Public Praise.
- Pulse Surveys.
Cons
- The interface is a little bit difficult to navigate. I think the home page could be more streamlined.
- There is no way to check off or complete goals. It just reminds you forever until you delete them. There should be a way to have a list of completed goals.
- The org chart could be clearer, although it's possible that it's just how my company is doing it.
- Performance Reviews.
- Pulse Surveys.
- Goals.
- Positive - getting out surveys to see where company culture can be improved. They used that to help with work/life balance. I cannot provide numbers or anything, I don't have access to the data.
