Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics

Lead Forensics helps us capture leads from our website traffic and, through their seamless integration with Hubspot, funnel them to our sales team to help optimize our sales prospecting.

Pros

  • Excellent Communication
  • Very quick and efficient work
  • Delivers on their promises

Cons

  • Their UI could use some clarity. I dug around for 20 minutes trying to find a particular setting for a report
  • Our sales team has more leads to pursue!
For the most part, LF is incredibly user-friendly, so long as that user has some experience with computers (which, let's face it, you should have by 2025)
I have never used anything similar to LF.
