It gives us access to the list of people visited our website and what particular page. It also gives me the access to the list of contacts of that particular organization.

Cons

instead of the just company name if we could know which person visited our website would be great
dashboard has limited information, it would be nice to have more details of the visitor & the company
Customizable dashboard options as per the matrix & trends

I think there's a lot more room of improvement in terms of providing detailed analytics & performance of the LEADS & traffic
