Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics
We use Lead Forensics to see which organizations are looking into our products and services, and provide these target prospects for our sales team to reach out to. Knowing that these companies have been researching what we offer increases the likelihood that they will take a call from our sales people, and ultimately turn into a real lead or opportunity.
Pros
- Tells us who has been visiting our website in real time
- Allows our sales team to reach out to the right organizations at the right time
- We're able to look up contact information within the Lead Forensics platform so we can find the most appropriate contact
Cons
- Deeper CRM integration (like MicroSoft Dynamics)
- More report customization
- More modern UI
- We have generated sales from the information Lead Forensics has provided, even winning business in competitive situations as we were able to get to them at the right time (within hours of visiting our site)
- We have seen the value even when we have missed the sale - for example, we received data from Lead Forensics that someone had spent some time on our site, sales didn't engage them quickly enough, and when they did a few days later, they had already bought from a competitor
