Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics

We use Lead Forensics to gain better insights into our marketing efforts. It allows us to see which companies are visiting our website and what they do when they get there and to share that data with our sales team for intent-driven follow-up.

Pros

  • Visitor insights - Showing us who is visiting our site, how they got there, and what they do while they're there.
  • Ad spend insights - Which of our campaigns are driving results to our website.
  • Customer data - We know if our current or past clients are on our site, and can provide information to our account reps for follow up.

Cons

  • Contact exports directly to CRM
  • We are able to pass insights to our sales team for more informed outreach, which has been valuable.
Good platform, great service from our Account Rep.
