Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics

We use Lead Forensics as a piece of the puzzle regarding sales. Our sales team will make calls all day long and then we can see the same people who are actually interested enough to go to our website, we can then make a casual follow up call to see what they want or need.

Pros

  • keeps exact records of page visits
  • constant notifications as they come back to website

Cons

  • if they could provide a phone number that matches where the click comes from
  • Then maybe take that phone number and search it to get a contact name
  • The ROI is significantly greater than the cost
Because it works well, it probably does a lot more than we use it for but it works great for what we need
