Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics

Lead Forensics is utilized to identify the different financial institutions that visiting our website and what content they are viewing. This enables us to better tailor marketing messaging, as well as direct reach outs to these financial institutions. The solution provides valuable insights from a macro and micro level, along with key contacts we are able to reach out too.

  • Provides clarity on what companies are on visiting website.
  • Provides clarity on what content these visitors are viewing.
  • Provides key contacts to reach out to as a direct follow up.

Cons

  • Data integration into other systems to analysis.
  • More data attributes on companies, specifically banks and their asset sizes.
  • Easier exporting of data.
  • Enables us to monitor the website activity of our key accounts -- something that Google Analytics does not do. This enables our Marketing and Sales Team to tailor our messaging to the accounts vs. having a more general message.
Overall, the usability it good. More customization and data attributes would be better. Also, the system does move slow (loading).
We actually contracted with Klarity and Lead Forensics, as the are combined stronger together. It is all about Martech Stacks and we felt Lead Forensics provided a strong overall of our website, but Klarity brought more depth into companies, along with intent data from the internet vs just our site.

Lead Forensics is well suited to monitor the traffic on website, providing valuable insights and a database of contacts to reach out too. The data needs to be easier to directly connect with other third parties so that an overall picture of key accounts can be visualized vs. separate data points and manually amalgamating.
