Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics
We are using Lead Forensics for 'warm leads' for our sales team. We use Google Ads, and we wanted to snag those visitors that weren't completing our contact form. In the past the sales team hasn't done a significant amount of cold outreach, so using the visitors from Lead Forensics is an opportunity to reach out to potential prospects with some level of interest.
Pros
- The dashboard is fantastic and provides a huge amount of valuable information
- The support from the Lead Forensics team is fantastic
- The how to videos in each section of the portal are very helpful
Cons
- With so much information available, our salespeople were initially overwhelmed. Our rep was able to dial back what they were seeing, and that helped a ton!
- We are still new to using Lead Forensics, but our salepeople have been reaching out to ~50 prospects/week from the leads.
