Overall Satisfaction with Lead411

Lead411 is a prospect generation program for us. It saves time having good data in one spot versus searching different sites trying to find the info we need. Their daily email is also useful for helping us spot companies that have some sort of news or activity.

Pros

  • Updated data
  • Research of data needed to determine if this is a company we should be calling on
  • The filter option is great for drilling down into a segment

Cons

  • More research on the correct email address for a prospect
  • Update more often when a person has left a company but still listed as a contact
  • Increased efficiency, search time has been reduced
  • Getting to the right contact because titles and job roles of prospects are clear
  • Importing direct to Salesforce is a great feature no more Excel lists
Lead411 is well suited for sales. Once contact has been made, my company employs another service to get more detailed information, but for an initial contact this service works well.
