Overall Satisfaction with LeadSquared

Our organization generates leads from Facebook ads, IVR, web chat, and websites. The lead capture is seamless from all sources using LeadSquared. We have used the automation features as well to keep teams updated and also engage with customers without delays. I can say that LeadSquared has helped us to improve our conversion rate. We use the Email campaign module, seems to work fine.

  • LeadSquared has a lot of flexibility in terms of open API's, it can inter-operate with many other systems.
  • Training and Support is one of the big strengths of LeadSqaured team.
  • Their costing structure should improve.
  • LeadSquared has a lot of room to improve on the CRM aspects.
  • We have had issues with the speed of the systems at times.
  • LeadSquared has definitely helped us achieve some of our business goals.
  • The Leadsquared team is constantly bringing out new features.
