I have been using LeadSquared for a year now. Its interface is quite intuitive and APIs are easy to integrate with your online applications. I really like the built-in reports template, plus you also have an option to create your own. Also, LeadSquared Support team is highly responsive to the tickets. Finally, LeadSquared organizes a lot of webinars on various topics which keeps you updated with the latest trends in the digital marketing space.

- Leads Management has become very easy.
- Automated Lead Nurturing helps reduce a lot of manual work.
- A lot of our time goes into creating custom reports. Making the reporting feature more flexible and robust will help in saving a lot of time and energy.
