  • It definitely had a positive impact as it helped us to streamline both our Sales & Marketing processes.
  • Reporting also helps a lot. Reporting means getting reports on how a user is working in the team. We can get reports on the number of meetings or interactions held by a user in a specific period.
  • Reporting in email marketing tool can get us email open ratio, unsubscribe ratio, bounce rate, etc. It also tells us the spam rate on emails we are sending.

  • Automated Lead Nurturing helps reduce a lot of manual work.
