Overall Satisfaction with LeadSquared

LeadSquared is used by our sales team to manage sales and track leads. The reports are used for further analysis.
  • Great support from the offshore team in implementation.
  • Very easy to integrate with other applications. For example, integrating with wordpress site to capture leads directly from the site to the application through API.
  • Mobile app is also available.
  • Bit tedious to update the automation and sometimes it can get confusing to implement permissions on various groups of users.
  • Reporting can sometimes feel unfriendly to use.
  • Easier to manage leads and perform analysis on the data.
  • Real time update from the sales agents who are on the field
It's best for tracking all sales leads.
