Overall Satisfaction with LeanData

LeanData is incredibly useful for our organization. We use it to quickly and accurately route new contacts in Salesforce, ensuring they're matched with existing accounts when they're present or creating new accounts when they're not. Additionally we leverage its sophisticated deduping functionality to ensure that no duplicate accounts or contacts are created when we're importing new data.

Cons

  • Candidly I don't have much to say here. I've yet to run into something that LeanData didn't already do well for my use case.
  • Keeping our salesforce instance manageable.
  • Getting sales prospects into the hands of the appropriate sales reps as quickly as possible.
It's super straightforward and easy to use. The UI is extremely intuitive. And in the rare case that you get stuck the support and implementation teams are fabulous.

Anything at all that has to do with importing new data in Salesforce and trying to keep things relatively organized and clean. Additionally, anything related to routing and assigning accounts, or leads to sales or account management teams. For example we've got an account based enterprise sales motion and largely work off of accounts and contacts. As result lean data is instrumental in matching new leads to relevant accounts.
