Overall Satisfaction with LeanData

We use LeanData for inbound lead routing and lead-to-account matching. LeanData solves aligning AEs and SDRs to territories, and routes leads for both existing and net-new accounts in Salesforce.

Pros

Cons

  • Multi-vendor enrichment integrations
  • User Account Mapping and Territory Management UI- Can be a very slow UI, sometimes hangs when searching users and is frustrating to update multiple territory segments consecutively
  • Positive ROI on post-event lead followup
UI can be very slow on occasion when searching for Salesforce users

I have found LeanData easy to use as a primary and secondary adminsitrator and a user within the Sales Ops organization. It makes it easy to align with Marketing Operations' lead-routing scenarios built in FlowBuilder
