Overall Satisfaction with Less Annoying CRM
We selected Less Annoying CRM because it had all of the information we needed in a CRM but did not include too much overhead and complexity to keep the data updated. We have been able to use CRM to coordinate communications with clients and have a sync with Mail Chimp which enables us to easily send out our quarterly newsletter AND know who received it. We have only had a few issues over the years and the customer service has been excellent every time we contacted the company.
- Grouping feature is simple and powerful
- Able to handle custom pipelines for multiple products
- Reports are all exportable
- Syncs with Mail Chimp
- Reports for individual contacts at an organization and ability to identity and export selected records
- New employees are easy to train and can immediately contact clients
- Categorizing by product is simple
It was 4 years ago, I do not remember what we evaluated.
