I host several events so use the system to organize companies that are coming to our events, and prospect for those events. I am able organize by which event or events they are coming to or are being pursued to attend.

- I am sure there are places to improve but honestly I am small so am happy with what is provided. I focus on the things I need which they provide and do not try to find other areas that I do not use anyway
- I do not lose track of leads and inquiries so am much more organized. This would be the same if I used another system but when I hit a snag they answer an actual phone or email immediately which means no disruption to my workflow
