Overall Satisfaction with Less Annoying CRM
I used Less Annoying CRM to replace the bloated Keap/Infusionsoft software. I didn't need all that mess. This is by far the most flexible and easiest CRM on the market. The customer service is wonderful. They are knowledgeable and very quick to answer any questions I may have. I am using pipelines to manage all my internal processes and no longer have anything falling in the cracks
- Custom Fields are great
- Extra fields during pipelines are helpful
- Click to email and click to call are great features
- I'd like more integration with other software
- Great value and ROI as i was able to get rid of a $250 software for $15
