Overall Satisfaction with Less Annoying CRM
LACRM is my only CRM system in which I keep all client details and records of every single interaction going back to day one in the history of my firm as required by the regulator for my industry (the Securities and Exchange Commission - SEC). I also make use of LACRM's calendar, custom field and task features to create a daily schedule of what I need to do each day in terms of client followup, to-do list and the client onboarding process. To this extent I make use of some, if not all, features of LACRM constantly throughout each and every day.
- Allows for unlimited customization of fields in client profiles, including creation of checklists useful for onboarding
- An easily manageable calendar feature which can make it a fully-functioning daily to-do list
- Ease of search and moving between client profiles, calendar and email history
- A proper mobile app please with face recognition so it doesn't log itself out! Not a rather crude "Add to Home Screen" pinned browser page that times out after a few days
- A kind of "Command+F" type feature that can pull up keywords
- An integration with various text messaging systems where conversations can be automatically imported
- Ease of navigation around the settings menus could be improved
- I charge clients by the hour, so time is the heartbeat and currency of my practice. Accessing information and previous communications quickly and efficiently saves me a lot of it.
- In the same way, I save a lot of time and money by integrating LACRM into my onboarding process, ensuring I do not miss or repeat any steps, which gives me enhanced credibility and thereby improved prospect conversion.
