Overall Satisfaction with Less Annoying CRM
As my customer outreach program grew, it became impractical to stay paper based. I wanted a CRM that would enable me to attach scans of all my hand-written notes, customer business cards, etc. that I had been working from. I also wanted a CRM that was somewhat configurable and made it easy to capture emails. And most importantly, I wanted a CRM that was simple and intuitive. LA is all these things and more. No training was necessary to figure out how to use it - I was up & running immediately. For my small business, this has been the perfect organization tool. Highly recommend!

- Ease of moving calendar / action items around, closing out
- Customer service is extremely responsive, they don't hide behind a "contact us" form on their website as so many companies seem to do. You can readily reach them by phone!
- None that I've run across
- Tremendous aid in keeping up with many leads / customers, but I haven't quantified it.
I used ACT! heavily in the 1990's to great success in my sales/account management job. It was a great tool at the time. But it seems ACT! hasn't kept up with the market and the current reviews reflect it - "clunky," "out of date," "cumbersome" were common in many of the reviews I read. LA, by contrast, seems to be the exact opposite of these things.
