Overall Satisfaction with Lifesize Video Conferencing

Once installed it is very useful even across platforms - mobile etc. It works great considering the internet connection is good. Fun to use. Great to have
Our business uses it to connect with clients/other organizations and have virtual meetings. It helps connect our team with other individuals and is very helpful in aiding communication between parties
  • Instant video conferencing
  • Easy to use
  • Great quality given good bandwith on both sides
  • Adding new users in real time can be a pain
  • If you have lower bandwith on either side it is not that useful
  • Expensive
For organizations that need to have virtual meetings across the globe it is very useful. It does cost a lot so ensure you have a solid business case to justify the cost. Ensure the other parties with whom you partner have good connections. Not well suited if it is not a company wide commitment to spend the money

Lifesize Video Conferencing Support

Great follow up after implementation. We had a guy call the next day to ensure we were satisfied and have been getting the appropriate support on this product. We also were told where to get more info in case of issues

Lifesize Video Conferencing Reliability

We are a mid size company and it functions pretty well. Smaller companies might have a hard time with the cost point and not get the maximum benefit from the powerful software lifesize is. It would work great for large corporations too given support and functionality
We never had a complaint about performance issues. We actually found that the client works pretty good in a shaky connection- eg. when people work remotely

Integrating Lifesize Video Conferencing

Our team had no problem with the integration and compared to other products in the past LifeSize was very user friendly. We has good support from the company and very helpful agents on the other side of the line following up on us.
