Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use LinkedIn Jobs to post new and open roles for the entire organization. We use this in our recruiting efforts and to reach out to candidates. It helps to address our hiring initiatives and to drive people to learn more about our company and assist in hiring the right candidates.

Pros and Cons

Tracking open roles
Creating search folders for each role
Having a lot of options in my search to help narrow down the right candidates

I don't like that sometimes when posting a role it auto-populates if I enter in a few similar words into the box
I don't like that the role doesn't auto renew or notify that the roles are expiring

It's great to be able to have many different roles and then to have search folders for each role I'm hiring for [with LinkedIn Jobs]. It helps me to track my candidates and keep track of what roles I have as well as see how well the jobs are performing or if they are bringing in enough candidates.
