Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Jobs
I use LinkedIn Jobs in three ways. The first is to find new employees/team members. The second is to find jobs in the field and reach out to those companies for advertisement slots on a podcast. The third is to find new jobs for myself. LinkedIn Jobs is my favorite app for all three methods of job search. It streamlines the process with integration with LinkedIn which makes it stand out compared to competitors.

- Would be ideal to have an option for remote as the location of the position, or have it be a secondary location to the physical address of the company.
- Some of the key terms are a bit generic, would be great to see main key terms and then secondary as many jobs fall under two different specialties/fields.
- Repetition of the same jobs being sent out over the email digest.
- Digest of relevant job openings.
- "Easy Apply" button.
- Profiles linked.
- Saves time with applications easily organized.
- Can view applicants' profile for a snapshot of their career.
- View mutual connections for references during the interview process.
The integration with LinkedIn provides an extra layer of information on applicants/companies and a streamlined process for the applications. The "easy apply" feature allows for people to apply to a position without having to commit too much time, this means more people apply to positions. If applicants are really interested, this can be captured later in the application process.
