Overall Satisfaction with Linkedin Recruiter

We use LinkedIn Recruiter as our primary form of outreach and sourcing. We've run the numbers and InMail has a much higher response rate than cold calling, emails, etc. It addresses the issue of finding qualified candidates. We are a sourcing/recruiting services firm and it is vital to what we do as a company.

  • Negative: Can't remove internships
LinkedIn is the #1 source of profiles. It has the most, and a lot of other sourcing sites are based around the frameworks of LinkedIn, or bring you directly to their profiles.

It is well suited for the initial search of candidates. Finding specific job titles, areas, YOE, etc. It could do better at separating internships from years of experience though.
