Overall Satisfaction with Linode

Works fantastic. We use it to host websites for our clients as well as our own personal projects. Using cPanel, we've been able to host approximately 20 websites and still come barely anywhere close to our usage we pay for.

In addition, offering free hosting for clients can sometimes be a differentiator for us.

Linode is by and far the most advanced. They also offer the best performance out of all, for seemingly the cheapest price.
Fantastic support. Answered all my questions, even ones outside of my plan.
My plan is $50/month. In cases that I do end up charging clients for hosting, I can charge up to around $20/month, meaning I'd have to only have 3 clients in order to earn a profit. Great ROI.
I've had about 10 minutes of total downtime in the year I've been with Linode. I track uptime using three different tools.

In addition, 8 minutes out of the 10 was scheduled maintenance that Linode informed me about a month before it was going to happen.
Has docs for newer users as well as more experienced ones. They also offer a managed plan for those that do not want to deal with anything regarding their hosting - something I will more than likely be transitioning to within the next couple of months. I'd definitely recommend them for any advanced or beginner user.
