Admin and Learner Perspective.

The team functionality is a good concept but can be quite cumbersome.

The basic reporting function is great but hard to get exactly what you need from it.

Changing anything related to the background, etc., requires someone who knows HTML formatting, which is usually an IT function.

The idea of brands is good; we will use it to have a different face for external and internal use. However, having a content library per brand would be great instead of building a new team. If we separate everything with a brand, then content should be included.
