Overall Satisfaction with Litmos

We use it as our LMS, offering virtual learning via their library and to host company-specific training. Our company is spread out over multiple locations so being able to offer training in this manner is beneficial on a number of fronts

Pros

  • Ease of navigation
  • large virtual library of varying content

Cons

  • possibly that all courses may not be offered in all of the languages that we need. We are new users and have not faced that yet...
  • ROI benefits have not quantified. But significant advantages of time sensitivity for users and convenience have been realized

Litmos has been readily accepted by users.....not much push-back and / or resistance
The implementation coordinator was supportive, flexible, and stayed with us as long as needed for the most part
Helped us with compliance training across multiple sites
