Overall Satisfaction with Litmos
We are using Litmos to equip our 2,600 global workers and leaders as well as 130 home office staff with both required and extra learning to enhance our work. The problems addressed include having a centralized platform for all learning; our previous platform for global workers was clunky, and there was nothing viable for staff at all.
Pros
- Ease of navigation
- Range of question types
- Customer service
Cons
- Feedback surveys - need better options for surveys within courses, more at the level of a Survey Monkey or Microsoft Forms functionality
- Cannot copy whole modules to other courses
- Branding - could use a little more control; dependent on Litmos staff
- Reduced travel costs
- Greater accessibility to training worldwide
- Availability of courses in hard and soft skills for the office
