Overall Satisfaction with Litmos

We use both LTO and Litmos to drive our customer and employee training operation. Our goal is to be the best in class training provider for HPE. We have found that LTO and Litmos give us the flexibility to provide the best offerings to our customers.

Cons

  • Integration between LTO and Litmos
  • More modern UI
  • Better API documentation
  • Increased customer engagement
  • Reduced staffing cost (less needed to administer the system)
  • It evolves in concert with us
Most of the others we've looked at or have experience with are primarily focused on internal training. They lack critical functionality like a strong commerce engine.

It just works for us and doesn't require a lot of work arounds or administration.
Implementation was almost 9 years ago so I don't think it applies to today.
Years ago it was very difficult to find an LMS that provided a robust commerce engine and a good experience for learners. We believe we found that with Litmos.
