Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We use Litmus mostly for the email previews. We send a lot of emails and it's critical to us that they render as we intended.
- Litmus does a great job at very quick email previews of many combinations of ESPs 2. Litmus is great at helping us gain insight into the email devices that our users open the emails with 3. Litmus helped us use their premade templates to create our own and break them into modules.
- Litmus could offer cheaper plans for folks who just want to render test. 2. Litmus could offer more hands-on practical coding advice with Litmus Live 3. Litmus template are is a little clunky in how it saves.
- Litmus helps us to not manually check our email previews/rendering.
We do not have a plan that integrates directly into SFMC like we know it could. We are happy for now with our plan and running every email we send through a live send preview
It's helped us to identify where people view like dark mode which we optimized for.
We have more of an internal flow for that for now.
