Overall Satisfaction with LogicMonitor

It presents to our company an intuitive and helpful interface, we can monitor with the help of tools integrated in this product the servers and other resources, the configuration of the devices does not require more expertise, we can generate several reports that are really helpful to avoid or detect problems into our resources and find the best solution for it

  • Great notification system that keep us alert for the operation of the devices
  • It effectively provides monitoring resources to our company that fulfill our business standards
  • It has been really helpful regarding device compatibility that could be implemented without problems

Cons

  • it could be costly for some companies that does not need cloud based monitoring services, but it is worth the investment on those that does
  • The application specifically mobile devices could give erroneous reports
  • It could be beneficial to offer a demo of this product to the other companies see if it fits their standards
  • It has helped us improve the performance of the company regarding troubleshooting and fixing technical problems
  • it has helped us integrate every device into this product and effectively monitor our devices and save time regarding troubleshooting
  • we receive alerts that are less intrusive and bothering, it is a plus for the company
we have included several devices into LogicMonitor, we have used all LM monitoring options for our devices and mobile devices within our company and integrated with Slack for helpful troubleshooting requirements, we monitored our 4 servers located in our company without issues and our principal network infrastructure to generated detailed reports
LogicMonitor has made our transition to a cloud based monitoring system really easy, we expected to complete this integration project in months, but thanks to the easy integration system of this tool, we have accomplished our goals before time, saving us valuable resources and time needed for other aspects in the company
The most significant impact that LogicMonitor automation tools has had on our organization is the time saving and resource saving aspect, we have save so much time with this automatization tool regarding troubleshooting and fixing problems are now easier to do, regarding resources we no longer use power and energy on an local based monitoring tool, thanks to this cloud operation product we also are benefiting from resource saves.
It has been less than 2 months of implementing this tool efficiently, the experience was seamless and easy to do, because we were also helped with customer support for any doubts we had, and we are really satisfied with this product regarding implementation and integration time, taking in count that we had many diverse devices, LogicMonitor simplified all our operations

We find LogicMonitor really usefull for our company because we needed a cloud based monitoring product that could work seamless and efficient as possible regarding network monitoring, creating reports of infrastructure maintenance, grouping problems, providing useful graphs for diagnosis of several devices, we would not recommend this product if the company has few devices that are not difficult to monitor all at once.
