Carrier Grade Monitoring for Managed Service Providers
- We Eliminated an on-prem monitoring tool which was in excess of 25 servers
- A decrease in time to response from our Network Operations Center resulted in a more consistent client experience
- Dynamic alert thresholds helped reduce alerting by about 10 to 15% as soon as we turned it on for volatile metrics like CPU and memory
- Far less alert noise than our previous solution. We have it tuned to provide email alerts for a few key metrics and text messages for critical issues.
- The web portal has always been available and the snappy performance really helps when urgent troubleshooting needs to be done.
- All updates to the systems are scheduled and work seamlessly which has greatly reduced the load on the network team not having to schedule downtime to perform upgrades.
- The ability to quickly throw graphs from multiple systems/interfaces into a dashboard so that they can be analyzed on one screen to look for anomalies has greatly reduced the troubleshooting on some complex network issues.

LogicMonitor is the best thing you've never heard of
- LogicMonitor has allowed us to exceed an audit requirement.
- Cost is huge - it was slightly more expensive than what we previously had, however, it combined multiple tools into one, which doesn't require me invest a lot of man power into multiple services.

Great infrastructure monitoring and alerting but geared towards larger organizations and bad pricing practices!
- definitely adds a good amount of cost to any account which is not easy to sell to SMBs
- it does give a piece of mind knowing that everything is monitored and alerts will go out before users know something is not working

Worth every penny!
- Man hours worked was a lot less. Safe to say we saved at least 75k a year in overtime hours.
- Assisted with any deployments and any issues that arose. Saved countless hours in uptime for production.
- The only downside is it is a tad bit more pricey overall as a SaaS.

- We are more responsive to alerts therefore the customer experience is better and are providing less negative reviews.
- Our previous tool had bugs that would negatively impact the gear it was monitoring. We are seeing less alerts now because the gear is not locking up like it used to (one or 2 older routers)
- We can monitor more types of devices which is an opportunity to generate more revenue

Monitoring is a breeze with LogicMonitor
- LogicMonitor has allowed us to quickly be alerted of issues in client sites that our previous monitoring solution might have taken minutes to alert on, allowing us to reduce downtime for clients
- We were able to notify clients of outages before they even realized that anything had gone down, helping to build trust in us and further the relationship
- We were able to identify what was causing our servers to run slowly, and we resolved a long outstanding issue.
