  • Far less alert noise than our previous solution. We have it tuned to provide email alerts for a few key metrics and text messages for critical issues.
  • The web portal has always been available and the snappy performance really helps when urgent troubleshooting needs to be done.
  • All updates to the systems are scheduled and work seamlessly which has greatly reduced the load on the network team not having to schedule downtime to perform upgrades.
  • The ability to quickly throw graphs from multiple systems/interfaces into a dashboard so that they can be analyzed on one screen to look for anomalies has greatly reduced the troubleshooting on some complex network issues.

  • definitely adds a good amount of cost to any account which is not easy to sell to SMBs
  • it does give a piece of mind knowing that everything is monitored and alerts will go out before users know something is not working

  • Man hours worked was a lot less. Safe to say we saved at least 75k a year in overtime hours.
  • Assisted with any deployments and any issues that arose. Saved countless hours in uptime for production.
  • The only downside is it is a tad bit more pricey overall as a SaaS.

  • We are more responsive to alerts therefore the customer experience is better and are providing less negative reviews.
  • Our previous tool had bugs that would negatively impact the gear it was monitoring. We are seeing less alerts now because the gear is not locking up like it used to (one or 2 older routers)
  • We can monitor more types of devices which is an opportunity to generate more revenue
