Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Rescue
I work at [...] and we use LogMeIn Rescue to do about 75% of our job. We remote in to customers' Point of Sale Terminals, [...] Payment devices, and even sometimes laptops in order to troubleshoot their devices the best we can. Our job is to help the customer run their business as smoothly as possible, and LogMeIn Rescue allows me to do so efficiently. Without it, I would be unable to do my job.

Rescue helps ensure security on my organization because it requires a passcode to get into another device while also making sure that the user is comfortable with us making changes and or viewing their devices freely. The security measures that rescue takes when signing in is to ensure our safety and the customers
I feel this way because I have been using logged me and rescue for a year now and that’s pretty much the general consensus based on my usage and that of my contemporaries

Our entire business uses LogMeIn Rescue. From the sales team, to the customer service team, to our implementation team. We need LogMeIn Rescue to do our job throughly. Without it, we would not be able to train our customers or troubleshoot and/or service their devices
