Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Rescue

We use LogMeIn Rescue to resolve technical issues, connectivity issues and onboarding. We can connect with the clients easier and quicker to understand their needs and assist on guiding the client step by step.

  • chat logs
sometimes the downloads hide or fail, usually its a clients pc issue but wish their was an easier way to tell
it is HIPPA compliant and saves data in an encrypted manner
easier and it is what our full business uses

Well suited in the Healthcare industry. These features help meet compliance requirements while maintaining user trust. Its ability to connect quickly. The less suited would be gathering the chat data - which there was a way to pull a session on what was done while logged in to the PC
