Overall Satisfaction with Lola.com

Lola is awesome, so easy to set budgets and make sure my team is staying in compliance. With our previous provider the tech never worked and we had to pay per customer service phone call which was outrageous. I would recommend Lola to any company looking to better manager their T&E.
The customer service is 2nd to none as well.
  • Online booking feels just like Kayak or Expedia
  • Customer service is very attentive
  • Platform is very easy to use
  • I wish they had an integration to my expense system, we use an outdated one so probably makes sense they do not.
  • ROI is we stay in expense budget compliance
  • time saver, i no longer need to book travel for my team when stuff broke before.
they have been very supportive. their chat function makes it really easy to get ahold of them. the sales process was flawless and i never felt like i was being sold. every interaction i have had with their employees has been successful. i would put them on a company to watch list, seems like they have big plans.

I love it for our company, we have 37 people in the sales org and we do a lot of travel to events and customers. I think it works well in tech companies because it has a very self serve feel and is super easy to use. I do not know enough about who would not be a fit.
