Overall Satisfaction with Looker

Looker is used at our company across many departments for advanced reporting on performance and data analysis.
  • Powerful dashboards with preset information.
  • Easy to use for novices using the GUI but with advanced options for power users.
  • Excellent support.
  • Report caching can sometimes lag behind fairly significantly.
I don't personally use this feature but have heard its fantastic!
We regularly share reports and data across the organization and it is incredibly easy to maintain consistency.
Looker is great for understanding performance data and making adjustments on the fly. It is great for truly "exploring" data.
