Overall Satisfaction with Loom

Loom is used as a video explanation tool to send video messages on projects, updates, and even create welcome messages for prospect. It has helped to impact our business efficiency and increased the our productivity as a company as it allows us to work at a more effective level without having to get on constant meetings to give updates

Loom is great as it is the first in the market. But Sendspark is a close second with its pricing and support

- presentations
- Meeting recordings
- short updates
- walkthrough videos
- lead and prospectings

There are alot of use case which i can think where loom is available to help with improving the process. Anything that requires a meeting is no longer relevant if updates can be done through video recording
