Ten out of ten great software

I use this tool for more complex flow diagrams, swim-lane diagrams, gantt charts, Venn diagrams, and project timelines.
It's a great way to get ideas down on a page quickly and then organise those ideas in to proper documentation demonstrating what was discussed.
I often embed these diagrams in our central documentation pages in Confluence which is great for ensuring everything is accessible in one place and they don't have to click through to links to find what they are looking for.
