Overall Satisfaction with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite

Intuitive and easy to use out of the box, tool tips and online training material also excellent. Anything we weren't sure about, our account team at Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite were able to answer.
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite at work as a visual collaboration tool, both remotely and in the office in-person. We mainly it as a companion piece to Microsoft Visio to create more complete requirements gathering exercises, and also for Agile ceremonies such as retrospectives and sprint planning sessions. It's particularly great for enabling our teams to work together to understand complex problems remotely on a shared board.

Pros

Cons

  • Migration from Miro could be a bit easier
  • Additional fun templates (Miro had some great retrospectives)
  • More facilitation training for users (Miro also provided more of these) using templated boards
  • Enhanced our security posture compared to other tools
  • Account hierarchy into distinct Teams has enhanced collaboration in our organisation
  • Excellent on-boarding through the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite account team has minimised disruption from migrating from another tool
Microsoft SSO integration has saved a lot of time with security and logging on. Microsoft Azure DevOps integration still in testing at our organisation.
It's been similar to other tools, which is 100% effective. I think complete reliability is now expected from the tooling.
Support has only be engaed via our account manager, and it's been 100% amazing!!!
More secure compared to Miro and more flexible / creative compared to Microsoft Visio. Overall, prefer Miro to all of them!

Very well suited to any type of Business Analysis work. Also great for project planning and portfolio reporting. Visualising problems and creating process flows also very good.

The BA team still prefer to use Visio for more detailed process mapping, so this could perhaps be improved.
