Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Very easy to use especially when leveraging the existing templates.
Lucidchart is being used across several departments including my own. Currently, Lucidchart is being used to support data modeling, process flows, and user process mapping. For me, personally, Lucidchart addresses the issue of modeling data visually before going into a system and doing changes.

Lucidchart is far easier to use than Visio and the templates give you a solid baseline for most of the work you need to do in system. The other benefit is the wide range of tutorials and videos that assist you in using the tool.

Lucidchart helps me to model data and share it across internal teams to get alignment on the modeling before going into the system to enter and configure data.
