Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

When using Lucidchart, personally I found it reasonably easy and intuitive to get started designing flow charts and diagrams. Some features like text on arrows and sometimes direction of arrows were difficult to work out. However, [I] was able to work out these issues I was having eventually and found myself quite proficient in using it for day to day planning of events.
In our business, Lucidchart is generally used as a flowcharting/wiring diagram tool. We have found it's a good tool to use in cases where we need multiple people to clearly understand the flow of our AV setups, so that one person can design and spec a system and other technicians are then able to implement the job.
  • Very easy to implement
  • Scalable diagrams
  • Good for projects where a team needs access to the same flow charts/documents
  • The ability to have sub processes within a block would be good.
  • Have had issues printing hard copies of flow charts
  • Improved communication of job setups.
  • Improved time savings for job setups as plan is already in place.
  • Issues with equipment interoperability found in the design process rather than onsite.
Unfortunately, [I] haven't tested Lucidchart with any of these integrations thus far.
In my time using Lucidchart, [I] have never had an instance requiring contacting their support. From my experience as a user of the product, [I] have found the ease of use and the relatively easy setup/workflow process good regardless.

Wiring diagrams for Audio-Visual setups I have found Lucidchart quite useful, allowing me to communicate the setup to other technicians with ease. Also, Lucidchart makes a good point of reference during an event, knowing how the system is setup and configured, to work out what could possibly [be] causing issues.
