Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I was able to quickly use the product with no training. The graphic interface is simple and not complex. The help is easy and intuitive. There are some phrases I would expect to find that I could not. I imagine that is a competitor has a patent on. Everything else was great.
This is a very simple light weight option for flow charting and diagramming. I am beginning to share with my entire organization and its seems others are already using it. The ability to use online and output into other platforms is great. I will continue using this for years to come.

  • I have had to explain the additional cost to my organization.
I use multiple tools inside and outside my organization. While I have not been able to use all of these functions as yet, the ability to export to a competitive product and has been game changing. I do not need to worry about what other products my company or clients use.

Lucidchart seems a lot lighter than Visio. The layout is simple and intuitive.
I was collaborating with a new group in our company. They had been using this product for some time. I had no experience with it at all. When he sent me the link, I downloaded the chart and exported into a competing product. After completing the work in that competing product, I went back and completed the work in Lucidchart in half the time.
