Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

The usability of the platform is excellent and provides tools and images already loaded and ready to use. I would recommend this product highly to organizations who struggle to create a visual representation of what they are trying to achieve, with added variables at play and the impact that these can have (positive and negative).
Lucidchart has been a great investment for our company, it gives our users the ability to quickly and clearly identify areas of a process that are broken/need attention. The clarity provided by creating Visio images to illustrate data flows within our business is a powerful tool that can be consumed both by our internal users and our external clients to help understand the data journey.

  • More text options within boxes - can be fiddley sometimes
  • Improved productivity
  • Improved clarity throughout data environments
We don't currently integrate with other platforms.
Haven't needed to call for support as of yet, which in itself is a superb result.

For our company, Lucidchart brought an element of professionalism for creating data maps/data flows throughout a customer environment. We are an analytics company and data sits at the foundation of everything we do - Lucidchart worked very well to identify and create a simple view of the data available/not available that would produce the outcomes we're working towards and where blockers may occur.
