Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Our organization is highly decentralized and I'm unsure how prevalent Lucidspark's use is across the company
  • Great canvas for planning
  • Lots of excellent tools
  • Excellent for live meetings
  • Performance could be better
  • Efficiency in running meetings and aligning on key elements and next steps
It is very obvious how to use the tools and canvas
We don't use Slack and Google Drive. But, the Lucidchart integration is excellent and really useful.
It is very reliable Performance needs to be improved UI/UX is excellent
I'm not sure as I've not used support and not had to.

Miro has a few more tools and better performance. But, it lacks connectivity to a tool like Lucidchart, I think.
