Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Just from personal experience, I don't remember much of a learning curve, since the tool is so self explanatory and intuitive.
I use Lucidchart for a wide variety of problems, primarily for algorithm flow charts, mind-mapping, data structure planning, and work breakdown structures, but I also used it to create a floor plan for my basement. In my opinion, it has a relatively short learning curve to start using it, and with such a variety of potential use cases, I think it is one of my primary digital tools.
  • Creating flow charts of all kinds.
  • Planning data structures, like relative databases, etc.
  • Floor plans - very easy to draw, and it has good library of fixtures and furniture.
  • I found a few UI glitches, though minor.
  • It's a bit slow at times, probably because of the number of objects the charts can grow to.
  • It's a primary tool for planning, mind-mapping, algorithms.
  • Especially useful for remote team work.
Haven't really used integrations that much, to be fair. I think I tried the Slack integration, but I don't see much value in that for our organization.
Haven't really used their support, so the rating is basically a testament to how well the tool is built.

I used MindMapper for a while but switched to Lucidchart because it better suited my needs.
Definitely algorithms, flow charts, floor plans, and data structure planning. I didn't try it for wireframing, there are probably better specializing tools for that.
