Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart being browser-based is very user-friendly. The shape library provides a good starting point on which you can add and build upon. Collaborating is a breeze once the relevant persons and teams have the appropriate licenses. Exporting from Lucidchart to various formats is simple and easy. Overall the user experience is kind to both pros and beginners.
Lucidchart has helped depict all of the solutions in my data team diagrammatically. It is very instrumental in our day-to-day job functions as it allows quick access to draw and sketch ideas and flows, especially during the pandemic where in-person whiteboarding was not an option. Currently, our usage is across a small subset of teams, but with the increase in usage, we aim to expand this to the wider organization.

When our teams are working on elaborate projects, it becomes very useful to integrate with our daily applications for notifications and quicker response times.
I personally have never had to deal with support, but I'd expect it to be as good as the product.

Lucidchart is a premium web-based product compared to the rest. Also, the fact that it is browser-based puts it over Visio.
Lucidchart is very well placed in the mind mapping and diagramming arena. Being browser-based it has a little footprint with all of the functionality. In a time where collaboration is key, Lucidchart really shines with the ease of use and access and the ability to real-time collaborate on documents and designs.
