Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

It is being used by the whole organization, we used it mostly for brainstorming and idea processing. As we have multiple mini-projects, we want to keep track of each one in detail and check what is happening. It addresses the organization, pipeline, process, transparency, and more. We could build our own plan and business process.

  • For remote teams, it is better to draw a board than explain thru Zoom.
We are an Arabic Company and we would prefer to have the Arabic language among your services, but we could do with English. Overall the usability is great! I have nothing else to add.
Implementing it with Figma could be helpful.
We did not try real-time editing.
Very responsive, top notch quality.

We are looking for different plans and more cost-effective ones.
It is suited for organizations of more than 10 members who are working with sophisticated platforms and stuff like this. It is less appropriate for smaller organizations and startups because a solo company could write stuff on paper. I have nothing else to add as the product is quite complete.
